is it possible for a black squirrel in nebraska to be carrying rabies if he has broke into a house and gotten stuck in a vent???Do black squirrels have rabies here in the USA ?
A little research will show you that squirrels are not considered to be a risk for giving rabies to humans. In fact, if you get rabies from a squirrel you will be the first person in the U. S. to ever get rabies from a squirrel.
